The Twin Lakes are located in beautiful rainforest area in the upper part of San Jose, a few kilometres north of Dumaguete City, about 14 kms up from the coastal highway. On the way up from time to time beautiful view over the Tanon Strait, the Bohol Sea and different islands. After a dusty ride up you can breath fresh mountain air. It's possible to rent a small banca (outrigger paddle boat) to reach the other, untouched side of the lake or you can enjoy a interesting jungle walk or a refreshing swim.
